Is Deza available in Kano now?
Not yet. Deza is being built in Kano right now. Join the waitlist and we'll send you one WhatsApp message the day it opens, with the areas that open first.
Is Deza for rides or delivery?
Both. Deza is a Kano mobility company with two services in one app: Deza Ride for keke napep rides, and Deza Delivery for sending packages with a dispatch rider. Rides open first.
Can I book Adaidaita Sahu on Deza?
Yes, once Deza opens. Deza Ride books the keke napep, which many people in Kano call Adaidaita Sahu. Say where you're going, see the fare, and follow the keke to your pickup.
How much is a keke napep ride?
You see the full fare before you confirm, and that is the price you pay. Fares depend on distance, so there is no haggling at the roadside. Pay cash or by transfer.
How do I send a package in Kano?
With Deza Delivery, which opens soon after rides. Say what you're sending and where it's going, and see the price first. A dispatch rider picks it up from your house, shop or office, and you follow it to the door.
Can Deza deliver to my customers?
Yes, once delivery opens. If you sell on WhatsApp or Instagram, a Deza dispatch rider picks up from your shop or house and delivers to your customers anywhere in Kano. Send them the tracking link so they know when their goods are coming.
How do I join Deza as a driver or dispatch rider?
Join the waitlist and choose 'Drive or deliver'. Keke owners, keke drivers and dispatch riders can all register. We'll call you before launch to get you set up.
